About the role
The Training & Talent Management Officer supports the Talent Management & Acquisition Manager in delivering the company’s Learning & Development strategy and talent management initiatives. The role coordinates training programs, monitors their effectiveness, and provides data‑driven insights to continuously improve employee development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning & Development strategy and annual training plan.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse training needs based on business requirements, competency gaps and performance outcomes.
- Assist in preparing, monitoring and reporting on the annual training budget.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training sessions, including participant management and trainer liaison.
- Track training effectiveness, maintain accurate training and talent data, and produce regular reports.
- Support talent management processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, career development and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to identify competency gaps and recommend appropriate development actions.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating learning and development or talent management activities.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with managers and staff at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.
