Delivery Operations – Order Picker, Route Planner, Admin

About the role

The Delivery Operation Department is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in three key positions: Order Picker, Way Planner (Route Planner), and Delivery Operation Administrator. These roles are essential to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient route planning, and smooth coordination of deliveries to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Order Picker: Select and prepare customer orders from inventory, handling fresh, frozen, and dry goods while following safety protocols.
• Way Planner: Design and optimise delivery routes based on order destinations, traffic, and vehicle capacity to minimise cost and delivery time.
• Delivery Operation Admin: Organise and schedule orders, coordinate pick rounds, verify documentation, and communicate order details with customers.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks (for Order Picker).
• Analytical mindset for route optimisation (for Way Planner).

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or logistics software.
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment safely.
