Salesperson – Security & Technology Solutions

About the role

The Salesperson will promote Secumax Congo’s security and technology solutions, identify new business opportunities, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients across businesses, institutions and individuals.
• Visit client sites to conduct needs assessments and present tailored security solutions.
• Prepare customized offers covering guarding, video surveillance, access control, fire safety and GPS tracking.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, following up on leads and service requests.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update CRM or lead‑tracking systems.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of services.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship abilities.
• Interest or knowledge of security services and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle prospecting, site visits and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Brazzaville, travel to client locations and adapt to field conditions.
