Event Producer – Luxury Private Events

About the role

The Department at Hudson's is seeking a dynamic Event Producer to lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of high‑end, luxury private events. You will work closely with clients to translate their vision into memorable experiences while coordinating all production elements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define event concepts, themes, and objectives.
• Manage the full production cycle, including food & beverage finalization, tastings, vendor selection, budgeting, logistics, and on‑site execution.
• Maintain relationships with culinary teams, service staff, and key vendors to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear and timely communication throughout the project.
• Develop, monitor, and control event budgets while preserving high service quality.
• Oversee on‑site staff, coordinate last‑minute changes, and ensure flawless execution.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, technology, and best practices to innovate event experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience producing large‑scale private events, preferably in the luxury market.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to excellence and a desire to grow within a dynamic team.
