Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear solutions.
• Document each interaction accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
