Senior Reservoir Engineer – Onshore (Congo)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Reservoir or Petroleum Engineer to join our onshore team in Congo. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on reservoir surveillance, production optimisation and forecasting to maximise hydrocarbon recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse reservoir performance and pressure trends.
• Develop and implement production optimisation strategies.
• Perform forecasting and reserve estimation.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance recovery and field development.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience as a Reservoir or Petroleum Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the CEMAC region.

• PVT data handling.
• RCAL data handling.
• SCAL data handling.
• Production database management (OFM or similar).
