About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Technical Director is the overall technical and geological authority of the company. The role defines asset strategy, leads exploration programmes, ensures semi‑industrial production and supports investment cases with partners and investors.

Key responsibilities

Set and drive asset strategy for mining projects.
Lead exploration programmes across gold and polymetallic deposits.
Oversee semi‑industrial production operations.
Support investment cases and liaise with partners and investors.

Required profile

12–15+ years of experience, including senior technical leadership.
Experience in gold and polymetallic exploration through to production.
Mandatory experience in Central or West Africa.
Master’s degree in geology or mining engineering.
Fluent French and professional English.
