Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to validate and grow a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities.
• Conduct customer research and validate problems through direct conversations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, build, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive leadership.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Passion for AI technologies and building AI‑driven products.
