Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that help property managers scale without increasing manual workload.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers to understand workflows, identify friction points and define high‑impact problems.
• Design, develop, test and ship full‑stack features from prototype to production using Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines for tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication and owner reporting.
• Integrate AI models and LLMs to automate guest interactions, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and own outcomes.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
