Service Supervisor I – Wellsite Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor I to lead wellsite operations for Halliburton in Pointe Noire, Congo. The role involves coordinating service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety and quality standards on oilfield projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute calculations required for wellsite jobs.
• Coordinate and direct service operators and assistants during equipment rig‑up, rig‑down, and preparation.
• Provide crew instructions, resolve disputes, and ensure job compliance.
• Collect and distribute job data, oversee equipment clean‑up and repair for subsequent jobs.
• Promote safety, environmental awareness, and Halliburton Process Improvement Initiatives.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with a strong desire to grow in oilfield services.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to understand well‑bore schematics and operational procedures.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a commercial vehicle licence if required.

Required skills

• Interpretation of well‑bore schematics.
• Analysis of HalWin software programs.
• Knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards.
• Basic computer proficiency.
