Service Leader – Hydraulic Workover (HWO)

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Leader for the Hydraulic Workover (HWO) Product Service Line in Pointe Noire, Congo. The role oversees multi‑shift HWO projects, ensures service quality, and drives safety and environmental performance across the assigned Natural Work Area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff delivering HWO services and products within the designated district.
• Lead multi‑shift, technically demanding well‑intervention projects.
• Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations and progressive discipline.
• Champion process‑improvement initiatives and new technology implementation.
• Monitor and improve service quality and HSE performance.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hydraulic workover or related oil‑field service operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a field environment.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship and Halliburton Management System standards.
