Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will engage with customers in French and English, turning their questions into positive experiences while supporting our e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
