Technical Sales Manager – Brazzaville

About the role

Tramigo Africa is looking for a proactive Technical Sales Manager to expand its IoT, GPS tracking and fleet management business in the Republic of the Congo. You will work directly with customers, understand their operational challenges and propose smart technology solutions that improve vehicle, asset and operational management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the Republic of the Congo.
• Meet customers, assess their needs and present appropriate Tramigo solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and deliver compelling presentations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking opportunities to closure.
• Support product demonstrations, pilot projects and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Commercially driven, comfortable discussing technical products and learning new technologies.
• Strong ownership, disciplined pipeline management and proactive opportunity creation.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience in IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, telecoms, security, logistics or enterprise technology is a plus.
