Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor coordinates daily spa activities, supervises therapists and ensures high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction. It is a hands-on position: the supervisor personally delivers professional massages, facial treatments, body treatments and other beauty services while supporting the spa's operational and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations, treatment schedules and team activities.
• Perform professional massages, facials, body treatments and beauty services yourself.
• Ensure high-quality treatments and personalized guest experiences.
• Train, guide and supervise spa therapists and attendants.
• Manage guest appointments, treatment room readiness and service coordination.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Monitor inventory, product consumption, equipment maintenance and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or Esthetics.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa operations, including supervisory experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in professional massage techniques, facial and body treatments.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or international spa preferred.
• Good command of French and English preferred.
