About the role
Expro, a global leader in oil and gas well flow management, is seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor for its operations in the Republic of Congo. The role involves supervising a team to ensure safe and successful equipment operations onshore and offshore.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise operations, allocate tasks, and ensure safe completion of operational tasks.
- Conduct equipment checks for compliance and technical correctness.
- Lead toolbox talks and planning meetings as required.
- Manage on‑site support, liaise with client representatives, and ensure quality service.
- Prepare and complete required documentation and reports.
- Mentor subordinates and support competency development.
Required profile
- Formal technical qualification with 10+ years of related technical experience.
- Team leader or supervisory experience in a similar field.
