Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of partners and system integrators, focusing on the Oil & Gas, Mining and Petrochemical sectors. This role ensures strong client relationships, strategic planning, and the delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with system integrators in targeted industries.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Plan and prioritize sales and marketing actions to meet departmental goals.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports and data to improve project and account outcomes.
• Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly, and resolve any billing issues.
• Monitor inventory and track sales outflows.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a strong external network.
• Knowledge of bidding processes and procedures.
• Experience in the ICT industry or familiarity with ICT solutions such as critical communication, command centre and CCTV.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
