Sales and Program Manager – GSA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Program Manager to lead our General Sales Agent (GSA) operations in the travel and airline sector. The role focuses on driving revenue, designing airline programs, and strengthening partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Design, launch, and optimise airline loyalty and marketing programmes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with airlines, travel agencies and corporate partners.
• Conduct market analysis, set forecasts and report performance metrics.
• Mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring target achievement.
• Oversee ticketing, reservations and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in travel and airline industry, specifically GSA operations.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and programme management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS platforms – Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools.
