Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share insights from customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Bilingual customer support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
