Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers through voice calls and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn customer frustrations into satisfaction while working from a dedicated home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
