Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers in French‑ and English‑speaking markets, turning inquiries into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
