About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. The role involves handling inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
