Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries, delivering friendly and efficient assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
