Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries from French‑speaking regions, turning issues into positive experiences. The role combines empathy, clear communication and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and friendly support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support platform.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent oral and written French and English.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home workspace.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a computer meeting minimum specifications.
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias or similar help‑desk software.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• General use of CRM systems.
