Project Manager for Financial Process Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a company‑wide financial process automation initiative lasting 12‑18 months. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and may be performed remotely or on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the financial process automation project from start to finish.
• Gather and align system requirements with finance and IT teams.
• Organise collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against key project milestones.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new solutions.
• Support the team during the transition to new processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance or a related field.
• Experience participating in ERP system implementations.
• Experience working on financial or business process automation projects.
• Understanding of key financial processes within a company.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and external contractors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders and organise workflows effectively.
