Nurse Supervisor & Staff Nurse Positions – Brazzaville Hospital

About the role

A reputable hospital in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, is seeking qualified Indian nurses from Kerala for supervisory and staff positions across multiple clinical departments. Immediate joining is required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise nursing teams, manage schedules and ensure compliance with hospital policies (Supervisor role).
• Provide direct patient care in ICU, CCU, NICU, PICU, and Emergency Room.
• Assist surgeons as a scrub nurse and support operating theatre activities.
• Perform anesthesia technician duties where required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use hospital information systems.
• Participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Nursing qualification with a valid registration certificate.
• Good English communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Minimum 5–7 years of nursing experience for supervisory role; 3–5 years for staff nurse positions.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience for the Nurse Supervisor position.
• Professional attitude with strong patient‑care skills.
• Relevant clinical experience in the applied department.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control.
• Understanding of Quality Management principles.
• Computer literacy for electronic health records.
