Behavioral Health Coach – Telehealth (Remote)

About the role

Intellect is looking for qualified Behavioral Health Coaches to join its telehealth platform. You will deliver 30‑minute video sessions that support clients’ mental health and personal growth, focusing on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one mental health coaching via video calls on the Intellect platform.
• Assist clients in setting personal, career, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
