Logistics Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Logistics Manager for our reputable company in Congo, Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities, supervise staff and allocate tasks.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Assist in conducting inventory forecasts and maintain available stock levels.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
• Manage labor issues of warehouse staff.
• Manage delivery and fleet operations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a logistics manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Age between 28 and 45.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

What we offer

• Working days Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, half‑day Saturdays.
• Full accommodation and transportation.
• Salary between $3,200 and $3,700.
• One month paid leave and an annual ticket.
