Installation Engineer

About the role

The Installation Engineer will plan, schedule, and supervise installation activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client specifications. This role involves close coordination with foremen, subcontractors, and clients to guarantee high‑quality workmanship and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage installation schedules to align with company timelines.
• Supervise foremen, labor crews, and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed according to schedule and client requirements.
• Prepare, review, and verify HVAC system designs and define project requirements.
• Engage with clients or their representatives on‑site or in the office to facilitate project completion.
• Identify corrective and preventive actions, follow up on implementation, and drive operational improvements.
• Control material requisition and consumption to optimize cost efficiency.
• Compile monthly production reports, including checklists, to confirm adherence to company standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising installation teams on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design and installation processes.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.
