About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
