French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service in both French and English, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
