French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and resolve them efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
