French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.
• Dedicated workspace with a reliable PC (i5 or higher) and internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify (preferred).
