French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat while helping to build trust in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels (voice and chat).
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals while working independently.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Reliable home office with a PC (i5 or higher), stable 25 Mbps internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
