French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live‑chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center setting.
• Strong attention to detail, patience and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
