French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance through phone, live chat and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar help‑desk platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
