French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
