French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our customers via voice calls and live chat. You will work remotely, helping users from Spanish‑speaking regions navigate our e‑commerce platform, track orders, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them step‑by‑step to solutions.
• Log every interaction precisely in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
