French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly and professional service in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through voice calls and live chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries related to orders, products, and technical problems.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and product changes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
