French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our customers through voice calls and live chat. You will work remotely with a global team, helping users resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems step‑by‑step and guide them to solutions.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear notes.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar help‑desk tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
