About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver non‑voice customer support remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
