French Customer Support Specialist – Bilingual FR/EN (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers through chat and email, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
