About the role

The Communication Operations Officer will ensure the operational execution of planned communication actions, guaranteeing proper coordination, monitoring and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

Monitor the weekly communication planning schedule.
Prepare operational briefs for each communication activity.
Coordinate external service providers and partners.
Track progress and ensure delivery of communication deliverables within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
2 to 5 years of professional experience in a communication role.
Strong organizational skills, responsiveness and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
