Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who will work remotely to provide exceptional service to our French- and English-speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries through email, chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via email, live chat, and telephone.
• Assist customers with order issues, technical questions, and general support requests.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional tone in every interaction.
• Navigate and update tickets using Zendesk and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency (C1/C2) in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call-center or SaaS environment.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
