About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful solutions while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
