About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order questions, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in both French and English.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
