AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of large language models and generative AI systems. You will work remotely with a global team, designing training workflows, creating high‑quality datasets, and analysing model performance across diverse tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning, RLHF, and red‑team exercises.
• Develop complex prompt templates and testing scenarios for coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define and maintain rubrics for model output quality and document findings.
• Analyse model failures, identify bias or hallucination sources, and propose corrective actions.
• Create “golden datasets” that set behavioral standards for specific domains.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency across the team.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable training tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to annotation tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., software engineering, computer science).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and communicate abstract concepts clearly.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying up‑to‑date with AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
