Marine Engineer – Offshore Project Coordination

About the role

The Marine Engineer will lead marine project execution across West Africa, ensuring all activities meet technical standards and safety regulations. You will act as the bridge between on‑shore management and offshore teams, driving projects from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise offshore operations and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities on vessels and offshore installations.
• Facilitate effective communication between on‑shore and offshore personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine or offshore project coordination.
• Fluent in English and French.
