HSE Coordinator (Entry Level)

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an entry‑level HSE Coordinator to support the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies at a defined project site in Pointe Noire. Working under the guidance of Operations Leadership, you will help ensure compliance with HSE standards while gaining hands‑on experience in a global energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies, procedures and guidelines as directed.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and support mitigation measures.
• Report and investigate incidents, performing causal analysis.
• Assist with waste minimisation, pollution prevention, and emergency response activities.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and perform general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in HSE, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in health, safety and environmental management.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow defined procedures.
