Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences and helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
