Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Own a laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or better.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑support platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
